Damn, bro - you look thick in those pics - way bigger than a year ago! especially delts... how much weight did you add? Looks a little leaner too - nice definition in your arms. You must have nailed the diet too, eh? Keep it up!
Nice work, bro - imo - that squeeze technique really works - especially if you finish with a drop set! My fav burnout is sets of 21's and then running the rack on bicep curls - i go down as low as 20lb and it feels like 200 on your 50th rep! ;-)
Okay bud;
u cant get away with that simple explanation...I want details - what did u break and how much blood was involved...stitches? Now get yor ass into the gym and make amends...LOL ;-)
hey dudes;
Didnt want to start a new thread, but here's where that bulk ended! hahaha i did a competition 3 weeks ago - placed 5th...weighed in at 198 - back up to 221 today ;-) but was personally happy with my achievement for an old dude.
Hey TKiller, nice work! that must feel great when u look in the mirror in the am! SOOOOOOOOOO true about the diet - no amount of gear or training can achieve results like that!
What are your stats? age, weight, height time u been training, etc.
Nice job bro - Hope I look that good when i get to be your age..hahahahaha - seriously great success with the legs and shoulders/ thickness. and you've only just begun...lol
Naive comment TonyLats....I worked on my marriage like a SOB f or 7-10 years before it blew up - and I got kicked in the balls on the way out! Marriage can be great, but it can also be hell.
Johnny - bet u could nail a physique contest right now!
Sweet! Awesome first cycle! 240 looks good on you- quality muscle added there bro. Diet and training will be key to hanging on to it but based on what I know about you, you've got the smarts and dedication to do it!
Props!
well for 48 you look terrible....you need more love handles, more belly and less muscle.....hahahaha but for 25 or 27, you look great - LOL
Seriously though, nice work bro - seems like you have it all dialed in - that's awesome. what do you do for cardio/wheels?
