I always perfer the leaner red meats with and switch up the marinades. Veges are a tough one without loading them up with a bunch of crap. I like to cut up a sweet potato, red onion, butternut squash with alitttle olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375 comes out pretty good!
Everyone is obviously different, but mine are naturally big, still hit them at least once a week. Shrugs or double elbow raise hammer stregth machine they got at my gym usually does the trick
I signed up for it as well, but has read some forums about better options, but they were all vague and didn't list any specific sites. Hopefully someone in the know will weigh in.
Not that I am expert by any means, but it does seem to be worth the risking of some gains to help prevent gyno. I could only imagine how bad that would suck. Not only is it sometimes irreversible, but you don't know if your prone to it until it happens!
I have been looking through different forums for awhile but I decided to join this one because of people like 3j. People that really seem to want to help and also seem to be very well informed. Thanks for the good read.
