id say do ur carbs split up until ur workout' ex . jus do 1/2 oats for meal one 1/2 for meal 2 1/2 meal 3 then do ur dextrose 1 scoop 30g pre and post u need those fast carbs after a hard workout. or jus take it post on leg,back,chest days

dont count cals or protien i do count carbs kind of round off type of thing. this is basically a maintenance diet for me, if i want to bulk i up carbs and i will be cutting soon when i go on cycle, and will drop carbs low. if you could guess how many cals is this. i eat this everyday, my off...
