dont count cals or protien i do count carbs kind of round off type of thing. this is basically a maintenance diet for me, if i want to bulk i up carbs and i will be cutting soon when i go on cycle, and will drop carbs low. if you could guess how many cals is this. i eat this everyday, my off days is lower carbs. any comments or tweaks i could make. and also supps?

Meal 1 – 1 scoop carb slam, 1 scoop whey, 1 tablespoon olive oil
30min-45min later
- 3 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 cup oats mixed w/ skim milk/ blueberries *

- 1/2 cup broccoli
