Agreed, first decide what you want to do and then plan a diet, exercise routine and in the end aas.

Pantera gets me always in the mood for lifting.

Although I use aas for 3 years I still consider myself a novice, but I have done plenty of injections and I would not consider this to be the cause. Thanks anyway !

UPDATE: I have used ice a few times a day to make the pain go away, initially seemed to work, but since yesterday it has gotten worst and now I got fever !!! This situation is way off my hands, should I tell my doctor I am on steroids ?!!
