    Taking antioxidants/detox... Been shitting alot

Yep, it's very common. Also, if you have any rashes or skin dryness that will clear up too. Hair and nails will grow faster and if you pay close attention, you will become mentally sharper. Detoxing the right way is an awesome experience.

    Ronnie Coleman left lat??

Yeah but during the contest he looked liked a circus freak. Dorian's bicep injury left him with half of a bicep. How could someone win a major bodybuilding contest with a deformed arm? Hmmm..

    Long Live Culter

Ronnie got jacked! Man, looking at those comparisons Ronnie looks better to me. He appears to be a touch bigger, more vascular and harder looking than Jay. The abs and thigh shot and lat spread go to Jay and they both look about the same in the rear double bicep. I guess you really don't have...

    preworkout supplements

The L-Carnitine cost $14.50 for a 8 oz. bottle at the Vitamin Shoppe. You could probably beat that price but make sure you get the liquid. It gets in your bloodstream quicker than the capsules. BCAA's range anywhere from $17.50-$30.00 for 180 capsules. The price of course depends on what brand...

    preworkout supplements

L-Carnitine is used by the body to transport long chain fatty acids to the mitochondria which burns them for energy. It's an effective fat burner. BCAA's consist of three amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, which have a particular molecular structure that gives them their name...

    preworkout supplements

1g of liquid L-carnitine 2250 mgs. of BCAA's I've used these two for several years and they have served me well, however go with what works for you. BTW, do some research on what you decide to go with. You need to be aware of the benefits to help you determine if it's working for you.

You have every right to be, those are some impressive poundages. How much do you weigh?

    How big are your arms?

I see there's some pretty decent arm sizes on this board. I'm running about 19"-19.5" pumped at a bodyweight of 290lbs at 6'0. Last time I checked (last year) I was at 19% bodyfat with a bone mass test. I'll tell you what, a cut-to-the-bone 19" arm is a thing of beauty. That's what I'm shooting...
