    Ya, my arms seem to get a gnarly pump from drop sets (just discovered this and the pump feels fuckin great)... I think im gonna incorporate these with cable flys and pushups to get that same burn in my pecs at the end of chest/tris day... if its working for my arms/shoulders its gotta work for...

For example... on chest day hit bench, incline press, then finish blast with flys/cable crossovers/pushups til your pecs feel annihilated. Anyone...
