Okay, my status:
I did 8 weeks of Max-OT, had some terrific gains and slowed slightly on weeks 7 and 8. I then decided to switch up to HST (15-10-5) for 6 weeks. I had strong gains on the 15s, then the start of the 10s. But by the second week of the 10s to the end of the HST cycle, I had shitty...
