can bbldrs do pullups or are they too heavy?

I tried to do twenty pull-ups in a row today, I was only able to crank out 14, I was not too happy about that. My lame excuse is that it was after a heavy leg work-out so I was feeling a bit exhausted--Next time I will try it when I am not so worn out. Pullinbig is right, weight is more of a detriment than height.

Well height is a factor, becuase tall guys have more non-muscle mass weighing them down, a guy 5' and 180lbs is proportionately just as big (and proabably just as strong) as a guy 6'4", 240lbs, but he gets to lift 60less lbs on pullups than the tall guy

errrr who cares what bodybuilders can do...i dont see how anyone is going to benefit if jay cutler can do 15 pull-ups :insane2:

for me pull-ups dont really translate inot anything..i had a hard time doing a few reps clean but worked on them and finally was able to do i think around 8...it did absolutely nothing for me but further aggravate the tendonitis in my arm..
