ryan640 is exactly right... If I were u I would jus drop all the coke and aas.. You may be able to get the size u want with proper diet and exercise..

Insomnia is one side for sure but with Tylenol pm its not that bad.. As far as the injections hurting really bad I've never experienced anymore pain than any other aas.. Which isn't much at all.. Sweating takes some getting use to.. Other than that it's an amazing compound!

Best way I've found to stay away from tren cough is if you start to feel it then pull out an inject in a different area.. Works for me.. And extra pin beats the heck out of tren cough!

Test and deca or test and tren a! Test and deca makes me a little bloated. Test and tren gives me a lean hard dry look.. Both good for bulking!
