Are you using the TNE just as extra test to get to 500mg/wk?? Or for Pre Workout bump? It's meant for the latter and if you want to get your mg of test up a little id probable recommend some prop instead... TNE goes into you immediately so it will peak then drop fast.
tne, I heard, is recommended for bulk because of the rapid conversion... so like he said, go with prop
