Do you think my T will come down even more if I eliminate AI?

I been on 0.25 mg of ADEX E3D since last June(2012) since coming off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I stayed on it as to keep E2 low and allow some FSH, LH to climb up.
My Total T as you all know has been between 265-291 ng/dl within the last 6 months. In Jan 2013, Total T was at 383 ng/dl....might have been a random fluctuation. All Blood work from March till last week has my Total T between the 265-291 ng/dl mark.

Last weeks Free Testosterone level was 26 pmol/L (range: 31-94 pmol/L)

I noticed when I discontinue the Adex for 10 days or so, I'm slightly more tired, and carry a little more weight...feel slightly more bloated.
My E2 has not been pushed too low...it is at 75 pmol/L (anything under 150 pmol/L is considered normal)

If I eliminate Adex completely do you think my T levels will come down, as well as my FSH, LH ???
Is it all in my head that the Adex is helping me???

by binding up the Aromatase enzymes you are allowing free test levels to be higher than normal, stopping will have a slight rebound effect but you will soon achieve normal homeostasis

On last weeks blood work my FREE T was: 26 pmol/L (range:31-94 pmol/L) so technically I'm low.
But a month prior (July 2013) my BIO T was 7.1 nmol/L (range:2.5-18.7 nmol/L)
So I don't know what is going on here...
I think the Adex (if it's doing anything at all) is minimum at best.

Why wouldn't u be taking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with numbers that low?

waiting for Endo....
getting second opinion. The Endo could refuse giving me anything...because technically, my Total T is "normal"

I see testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as a door opener. An opportunity to take your training to the next level..with no regrets.

I meen if its time its time. I'm not recommending testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to someone with good natty test.^

I hear you and I would have started back up, but I been clean 13 months....I was not initially "low"...Total T was 582-663 ng/dl before messing with it. Had bad sleep apnea and I never knew it.
I will have something down by Oct... hopefully.

If my E2 is at 75 pmol/L at present with E3D dosing of ADEX at 0.25mg.... (dose taken 1 day before blood work)
How much is it reasonable to guess my E2 will sore up to by eliminating the ADEX completely?
150 pmol/L and under is considered "normal"
If I don't take another further dose of ADEX...how long would I need to wait to do the next blood test, to see what is my baseline E2 levels are?

The first thing you need to do is get the word "normal" out of your vocabulary when it comes to ranges.

The basic facts are these: Your test is way too low and your estro is way too high. Even if you were running a cycle I would say your estro is too high, but additionally the ratio between the two is completely wacked.

If my math is correct, you have been off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 15 months and your test is still below the bottom of the range. It's time to face reality and realize you fucked yourself and you will be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life, whether you like it or not.

Unless of course a miracle happens, but I wouldn't hold my breath!

Free T is below "normal"
Total T is bottom of normal.
Bio T is in mid range...
It's weird...

How is my E2 high at 75 pmol/L ?

I didn't fuck myself...per se.
The Script for T was pushed onto me when the doc called me in 2009 saying my Total T is at 520 ng/dl on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mono protocols....
it is weird cause without them 2 months earlier I was at 582 ng/dl of Total T
so those Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mono protocols did F*** all!
The doc called me at home to tell me my T was "LOW"
How is 520 ng/dl "low"?
Sounds like a cult....he wants all his patients at 850 ng/dl +

I understand you see my Free Test at 26 pmol/L and subsequently see my E2 at 75 pmol/L
Will the ratio ever balance out?
Is there something I need to take? how bout supplements?
The docs wont treat it cause the E2 technically falls into the "Normal" range
I'm not sure where you are from Rude....but in the U.S. I've heard of E2 being measure in PG/ML
As well....do you need to have breast tenderness and puffy nipples to develop gyno?? can these high E2 levels bring Gyno to me?

You need to just start going to doctor after doctor tell you find some one willing to work with you and get you to where you need to be. Honestly man its obvious to any one who knows anything about this whole subject that you are in the low area of testosterone. I think you should try the T replacement people on this board that is a sponsor. Or just like I said go to place after place tell you find some where that can help you. I know it would cost a lot of money but if its really worth it to you I think the check and go system of going to doctor after doctor is the best bet. I personally think it is cruel and fucked up what they are doing to you. And I hate people like them who are so behind in the times they don't even have a basic understanding of modern day treatment for testosterone deficiency or what even qualifies as testosterone deficiency. If I was in your situation I think I would have just self medicated and turned my self into a specialist when it came to blood tests and knowing where my levels need to be. I find that a better option than feeling like shit because of low testosterone.

Once again... get the word "normal" out of your vocabulary when it comes to ranges. The ranges were developed by utilizing stats from nearly every age group and every level of health.

So let's say the range includes men ages 18-80, whether in great health or suffereing from diabetes, copd & liver disease. What is normal for a 65 yo with all 3 diseases, IS NOT what should be normal for you. Unless of course you are a 65 yo with diabetes, copd & liver disease.

You want to keep using the word normal, but you are not normal on any of your levels. They are all below where any man should be, unless he is cronically ill or very old.

What is your age, weight, health, etc?

You did fuck yourself. The doc gave you a script and you decided to use it. He didn't hold you down while his nurse pinned your glute, right?

You were given a set of facts and permitted to make your own decision. The decision you made was testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Now you have issues and want to say it was the doctors fault.

Why didn't you research before, instead of after? I sure the hell did!

Had you done so you would have known that test levels can vary significantly from day-to-day and also depending on time of day. You say your test was 520, but it was 582 just 2 months earlier. The next morning it may have been 630.
