8:00 am- 9 egg whites. 40 g of oatmeal, 2 slice of whole wheat soy toast
11:00am- 9 egg whites or 2 canned tuna, one slice of whole wheat soy totast.
1:30pm-2 chicken breast or 6-7 chicken drumsticks with wheat rice and veggie ( bolwed spinach)...
