EOD is better to have stable blood level for sure, but he'll use only 500mg per week twice a week is enough imo. It's his first time, better for a 1st cycle to learn how to pin properly etc.. :) he will get good gains anyway Btw could you tell us what's your diet and training program?

If it's your 1st cycle, 500mg per week / 10w, is ok you will have hudge gain if your diet and training is good too You can pin 2 times per week, no need EOD... The fast ester in it works during 3 days so, just pin 2 times :) the long esther will start kikn around 2 weeks :)

Here is the program: WEEKS 1-4 Monday (Shoulders conjugate/Traps) A. Seated dumbbell press 4 x 6-8 reps B1. Upright rowing 3 x 10-12 reps B2. Seated incline lateral raise 3 x 10-12 reps C. Arnold press 3 x 8-10 reps D. Lateral raise 1 x 100 reps (take pauses if needed) E. Barbell power shrugs...

And btw in morrocco do you know if we need prescription? cuz i think i'll go there then send my gear by post to my home :D like that i dont need to stress @ aeroport ;)
