I noticed after I started working out alot more I started getting hair on my chest, so working out is the reason why or what?

So I read somewhere on the board somebody drinks a gallon a day of milk? Well I started drinking alot more milk lately [especially with my protein shakes] and my friend told me that it wasnt good for me to drink alot of milk... he said his grandfather had to get surgery from it because calcium...

everytime I drink a protein shake its like 10-20mins later im shitting it out, lol. i usually have to shit after every meal for some reason.... maybe my body is broke or something.
