Looking for a routine to build my chest and abs bigger. Days/Sets/Reps etc. that I should do.
Im a ecto so im a hard gainer, looking for something that will get them in shape.
So I read somewhere on the board somebody drinks a gallon a day of milk? Well I started drinking alot more milk lately [especially with my protein shakes] and my friend told me that it wasnt good for me to drink alot of milk... he said his grandfather had to get surgery from it because calcium...
everytime I drink a protein shake its like 10-20mins later im shitting it out, lol.
i usually have to shit after every meal for some reason.... maybe my body is broke or something.
Whats a good creatine product and protein shake I can get?
Also where can I purchase it?
I know there are places everywhere but I figured id stop by and see what the pros know instead of going ahead and spending 40+$ on a jug at GNC.
