T3 at 25mcg a day is the perfect amount, it speeds up your metabolism to where your body will fully utilize the calories taken in. i dont think it is catabolic at all provided you are on a bulker eating 4-5k it works out great. i look fuller on 25mcg of T3 and a shit load of carbs than i do on slin.

well i started lifting at 17 years old and 150 lbs, i am now 20 years old and got to 240 lbs, i am taking a break form lifting, but coming back soon. here is some progress pics, first one is 150 lbs, then some at 210 then some at 240.
