Ive pinned quads, glutes, bis, tris, traps, delts, and chest. I try to pin what I'm gonna be training that day. quads and delts are my favorites but as long as your in muscle they are all equally effective. Chest and bis are my least favorite
I took them apart and split the dose in half. Split the powder in half, licked one half in the morning the other in the afternoon. 25mg each time, had pretty much no taste maybe slightly bitter. Stuff was definetly legit.
Ive had green and pink capsules with white powder from a very reputable domestic source recently. 50mg Dbol. They are probably legit, the ones i had definetly were. Dark green one side, Pink the other. They pull apart pretty easy. fairly large capsule.
Started gear at 155? I would just stick with what you got no point in adding anything else, those three compounds should get you the 10 pounds you want.
D-bol is good stuff. With that said if you wanna avoid the inevitable water weight next time maybe try turinabol. Similar effects to D-bol without the water retention. Depends on your goals. D-bol will put on more weight and strength but turinabol will be a much cleaner alternative.

The extra weight you're carrying along with the increased weight I'd assume your lifting during leg workouts due to the D-bol probably has something to do with it. More strain on the legs. I've experienced back pumps and calves due to Dbol but never really the whole leg.

Try rubbing apple cider vinegar on it. not kidding. read it a while ago on this site i think and tried it and within a week acne was greatly reduced to almost nothing. I put it on when i get out of the shower. Dosn't smell great but it will work.
