MMA cycle please help...

I'm 6'2 I weight 200lbs I fight at 185 but I want to get to around 210-215lbs because I will train there for about a year. Ive done about 10 cycles. Test,EQ,Anavar,Tren,Winny are some stuff I have used. I'm 28 years old. I think thats all the info you need about me. Oh my last cycle was 750 mgs of test, 600 mgs of EQ and 50 mgs Anavar and 100 mgs of tren EOD.

For this cycle I'm thinking
1000mg test cyp
600mgs EQ
50 mgs Anavar

Since Tren kills your Cardio I will pass on that I want to add atleast 1 other compund. Primo good for MMA? What other compund will be good for MMA?
 
To train the way I want to train I will need to take steriods. My body needs to recover and I plan on training a ton in the summer my schedule will look like this.

9am- 1-4 miles
10am-Swimming
430-6pm Weights
630-730pm Muay Tai
730-830 Jitsu

So you can see I'm gonna be training a ton so ill need to eat my ass off and I want to gain some serious weight while training that much.
 
If you've done 10 cycles... how the hell are you only 185lbs?

What is your diet like?

I weight 200lbs and I cut weight a lot. I burn a ton of calories. I started out at 155 lbs. 45lbs is a lot of weight when you train as much as I do. If I didn't train 4 hours a day and just lifted and lifted heavy and not for MMA I'd be 225-230 lbs easy.

Nothing personal brother but you train more like a triathlete. Its going to be difficult to pack meat on with that amount of aerobic training.
I know it is imperriative to your sport. However that type and amount of activity is not condusive to gaining mass.
 
Started gear at 155? I would just stick with what you got no point in adding anything else, those three compounds should get you the 10 pounds you want.

I hear you buddy. If my diet is on point I will gain weight. I eat 6 meals and 3 shakes. Plus I take food to the MMA gym and eat between my breaks. Look at THIAGO ALVES and GSP they are 170lbs walk around 195 lbs. Don't think for 1 second that GSP and Thiago dont take stuff. They take stuff they just get off once they have a fight in works. So a guy like GSP jumps on a cycle gets to 195 then finds out he has a fight gets off and trains hard to get to around 180 then cuts the last 10 2 nights before the weigh ins. Guys like that train allllllll day. They do Boxing and Wrestling on top of what I do. These guys gain weight while training 6 days a week I train 4 days a week.

i have an employee that has fought in the wec and he fights at 205, light heavy weight. he has done quite a few cycles that i know of and stays at this weight. abnormal to alot of us but par for the course for mma. so i hear ya bro... he likes test prop and eq cycle with anvar or win as an oral. sounds like you have done this. imo you really don't need more. if you can't get the results you need from 10+ cycles of that .... shit, i don't know what to tell you. with all respect my friend the problems gotta be with in you and not so much adding more gear... good luck in your mma career. at 28 it's do or die time.....
 
Wait, you don't train western boxing or wrestling!? I think you need to re-evaluate your training.
 
you dont need a gram of test at that weight. 750 mg of test along with the eq and var is plenty. your gonna have to add calories from the start and as your weight goes higher you will have to continue adding calories , the bigger the engine = the more fuel it needs. and you also cant train offseason / between fights like you do prefight , back cardio off slightly . cardio should be high intensity but lower volume.
i am not a mma guy but i have helped guide a few in their efforts.
 
Hey Bob can I ask you why you want to gain weight? Most will try to move down a weight class as you can retain a lot of functional strength even when losing muscle.. I would rather move down and gain a reach advantage more than anything else. Added muscle is also not very advantageous for cardio/ speed of movement reasons.. Like you said GSP and Alves are walking around @195 and cutting to 170. And you are 6'2--> Donald Ceronne is what 6ft and cuts to 155.
 
Are you guys really talking about what makes a fighter?lol
How bout its the guy who trains and spars on the regular.
Bob let me know how your cycle and trainning is going I got some quick questions.

I disagree. I train on the regular and can start sparring if I'd like. I'm not a fighter and never will be. You either have to have the mentality for fighting or be a professional..
