Doing arimidex every 3 to 4 days will affect your blood levels as well. That's why it's recommended EOD or Ed. As for Dbol that depends what time you're training. Lots of people split it 3x a day, but pre workout is great.
What's in your test 400? If there is prop you might want to be pinning EOD. Try your Dbol in the morning and pre workout. I second doing arimidex .25 ED or EOD.

If you value your liver I wouldn't run the Dbol for 12 weeks. Use it as a kick start weeks 1-4 at 30-50mg/day. And as weights=life said. Not nearly enough time off unless you have had proper blood work done before and after cycle to know you are back at norm.
Are you pinning your HCG IM? Usually pinned Into your stomach. Pinch an inch of skin on lower abs and pin it. Use a 29g insulin pin. Try separating your sites as well with your test. Try a 25g 1inch in your delt to give your glute a much needed rest.
