I begin the first stage of my Fitness comp training this week. My Trainer and I will be working out together in preparation for her first competition and I may be doing it with her in Nov.

Ribs hurt like a B****. I get the lovely experience to feel it again next Sunday. I like pain but damn, it's very hard for me to sit there without wanting to tell my girl to stop. I have never tapped out before but I always have the thought in my head when the ribs get touched.

we cannot control which Gender of our Children. Just be grateful and blessed that you and your girlfriend have been given this beautiful gift. There are many individuals that cannot have any children at all and would be happy to have a Boy or a Girl... Just to be able to conceive...
My son who is 5 yrs old calls me "Babe"... and "Sweetie Pie" it's the cutest thing. I am always trying to correct him saying "no hun, I am mommy". He replies "ok, mommy babe..."
Hmm... Dude started to get possesive and controlling. So I ended it.
I have been dating someone for almost 3 weeks now. He is sweet and seems to want us to work and I keep my wall up not ready to let him in completely. which is good... I enjoy the time spent with him and he makes me laugh.
The last 2 months I have changed my number of sets and reps. I was afraid that I wouldnt get the results i was looking for. I have been doing 5-7 sets at 15-25 reps depending on exercise and I am able to keep good form and lift to failure :)

I am very proud of myself for giving it my all day in and day out. It's just the beginning. :)
thank you... and to think it's just my first 6 months... taking it one meal and one exercise at a time. I have 27 days until my Half marathon so I need to increase my distance I am running daily... I will take another set of progress pics that day after my half marathon May 6th...
