Are you in the gym at all. Exercise can make a tremendous difference. Ive been on TRT for about 3 years. When I do cardio & eat good I feel the best. Try the 21 day fix diet. It has been on of the best things I have ever done.

I've been on trt with 500 IU's hcg for 2 years. Stopped HCG for a couple months. I Didn't feel any different. It showed up in blood work so I went back on it.

I freeze mine also but make sure you leave extra air space for when it expands when it freezes. Then push the extra air out before you pin.

I do the same thing. Been alternating quads for 2 years. pin it quick and you won't even feel it. I use 1 inch 20 gauge, works great.

What are your test levels? I did 150 test cyp per week & mine were hi for TRT. I cut my dosage by half & I don't feel much different.

At 50 myself keeping you body fat down is more difficult than ever. Check your test levels if they are low TRT will help. Its easy for these young guys to talk about diet.
