Depends on what kind of results you want. if you want to cut or bulk. cardio keeps bp low but if you do to much cardio you wont gain as much. Try power walks after gym or before breakfast for 30 min. If your cutting you can change that to 20-30 HITT(Interval training) a couple of days a week.

Got some Winstrol (winny) tabs, supposedly from Thailand. Theyre small white, without any marks or cuts and they are almost cylinder shape. Anyone used it or heard of it..??

I need some advice for needles and all that is necessary for some EOD winstrol depot injections... Im think im mainly gonna stick to delts and glutes, perhaps the thigh also.. What do i need (ordering from getpinz.com), -ampopener -22g?, 25g? ,needles and syringes together or do i order them...

Ive tried the ABCDE diet 3-4 times (w/creatine) but Ive never tried a cycle.. Has anyone had a good experience combining a ABCDE-diet and a cycle? (if the high cell pressure and the natural hormone high helps the steroids out?)

hehe done that enough.. tried ABCDE method 3-4 times.. good gains but not enough.. Think ill go for the 50mg of anavar.. seems like a lot of people recommend it before winstrol etc.. but they dont ude it because its so expensive.. just going for 200 pounds and a 8-9% bf.. so it...
