Your PCT needs some major overhaul, as arimidex is NOT for PCT. It is great to have an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex on hand during cycle, but you need a SERM such as Nolvadex for post cycle therapy. Nolva/Clomid combo for PCT...best in the business. As far as your Winstrol (winny) goes...

if you are not going to drop the tren, at least lower your dosage a bit. Your test p should be highest compound in terms of mg amount per week

Any cycle that requires (and running test at 400-500mgs/wk will certainly require this) a full post cycle therapy (pct) should not be regarded as a "light" cycle. Chances are, though, we are not going to change your mind.......So, lets start with post cycle therapy (pct). Do you know what that is?
