AI is tricky. E2 too high a guys feels like shit, too low and he feels like shit. Also have to factor in the E2 to Test ratio and dial it in.

IMO all listed have their ups and downs. In the end: pick one and play with mgs and blood work until you get it figures out.

Both TRT/Compounding Pharmacies I've used offered Adex is their main Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and I've always used Adex .5mgs E3D keeps my right when running 4-700mgs.

I second Mike... Works well... .5 e3d is a good dose for a light cycle.... The stuff has a 3 day half life, and you can always add an extra .5mg here and there if you feel too bloated, or withhold for a day if you're planning sex! (you don't want to tank your estrogen b4 sex)

Which one of those choice is the most mild? From what i've read, it is either between Liquidex or exemestane. Letrozole seems to be almost TOO strong...but yea i guess it depends on what you need.
