i think the best substitute for Sustanon (sust) is test enan or cyp and kick starting it with prop. that way your only injecting eod for the first 4 weeks or so

test is test is test bro. they are the same...just different in how they are released. instead of just having one ester like cyp or enanthate...in Sustanon (sust) you have all 4...prop, enan, cyp, and deconate. do some more research newbie

they are really both the same. one is just a single ester and the other is a multi ester. I have never used Sustanon (sust) before but I've heard alot of opposing answers. I would think is you took both for 12 weeks you may see more results with the Sustanon (sust) only because it kicks in...

all 250mg of eq will do it waste your money. trust me. I've run eq at 400mgs twice and I was not happy at all with the results...I don't even think I got anything out of it.
