    var so far has been good, been ECA stacking as well as adding clen this week for a 2 wk cycle. So far, I don't have any sides but Im finding my strength has increased at the gym this wkend :)

    As for ur wifey, get her diet in check first. No point in wasting money if it won't help her... she needs to eat clean, do cardio and weights... if she needs a "boost" start with ECA stack... it will give her the energy and help her burn fat... I'm not a big girl either but bigger than I was... but you need to make sure the diet and exercise plan and commitment is there before you get your wifey on any "extras"....She's not ready for var yet. Let me know what she does now, food and exercise wise and what she has done before...what are her stats and goals? when is she due?
