Estimated blood volume of 7500mls. Hct at 61% hemo at ACTUALLY 21.8 "Donated" one pint. 1.5 more layer this week. Hct s/b down to 50% and hemo 18ish....still high but a start. New blood draw on the 19th too.

If you even try it you will be banned from donating blood or plasma ever again. Cuz if you lie to them about anything and get caught, then theoretically they can't believe anything you say...and ur blood is no good.

I have some old coworkers that work at the plasma donation center. Then volunteer for blood drives My Dr already said WTF to hemotacrit and hemoglobin. I said I could be dehydrated. Redraw in 3 more weeks....gettin down to bleeding ASAP.

Eh, I'd say just run test at 500/week. Take the lazy faster way to gains.

Add more quick carbs and eggs. They digest quick and leave stomach faster. Otherwise pro eaters expand their stomach by.guzzling water til they puke.
