How does one determine a multi-vitamin "effective"? I've used 10 different multi-vitamins and can't say any of them are more effective than any other. Do you feel a difference when switching between different ones?

Been switching day to day between Noxipro and N2KTS and I honestly can tell no difference in the drive/energy/focus each gives. $ for $, Noxipro is in my opinion a far better deal.

GHRP-6 will make you hungry like crazy; GHRP-2 to a lesser extent, if you are looking for something exogenous to increase appetite. Otherwise you just have to stuff it down. If volume is the problem you can try more calorie dense foods. Also, lack of appetite could be a hormone problem.

Settings at the top, to the right of "My Profile". Click that. It will navigate to a different page. Then look at the left side of the page and the avatar/profile options are under the settings pane. Above the "Edit Avatar" there should be the option to "Edit Profile Picture".
