    This guys awesome, I just read in MD he raced a world class sprinter in the 40yd dash kevin did 4.8 & sprinter did 4.52 and he plays music has a band any one heard of them and whats there name.I meet kevin at a BB show in Maryland about 5 years ago hes a nice guy too.....

    I use a seat & dumbells for lats,I go heavy that way i can toss them aside when going to failure.3xfailure each one. 1 presses 2 lateral raises straight up & incline facing forward 3 front raises straight up & incline facing forward
