I guess i am also asking how much over maintenance cal should i be eating with out getting too fat?

Work out 5 times a week. Lifting 4 days cross fit boot camp 1 day a week for cardio
3 weeks in to my cycle Its a first time TEST E cycle. 500 iu a week, The Test is from my favorite UNCLE.
Diet was 2400 for maintenance, now 3000. Using...

I have read testimony from other people on this forum that said they lost body fat while putting on muscle. Is this always the case with a Test cycle? To simplify things, If i eat 500 calories above...
