Zeek I wanted to ask you if you could provide some input and articles on the safety of cycling once a year. I have been lifting since I was 16, am now 28, and had my first cycle last year on Test-E and Deca. I gained 18 lbs and kept about 15, and have been working hard since last year to continue my gains.
I have that bug to get on again, but I keep hearing so many mixed things about long-term health affects. I got my blood work recently and I was told everything looked good in my blood, my kidney, and my liver (though I did not check for Test levels).
I know this is a total noob question, and for someone that loves lifting and the idea of cycling once every year IF THAT, I just want to know from your experience if there are any serious risks with a safe and responsible cycle? I ask because it seems like so many people are split on this, either its going to give you a stroke and you die, or its really nothing if done responsibly.
Thanks
