If your planning on a 14 wk cycle I wouldn't go with sust at all. Now don't get me wrong, I like the stuff, but with the shorter ester you need to hit sust every other day and going 14 wks you'd be a pin cushion. Might as well use test prop. if you wanted to stick yourself all the time. Hells...
