Deca as a first cycle????

its a great idea if you dont like getting hard ons...man i wish i took some deca when i was in middle school and the begginning of high school...i used to pop some OAK WOOD, shit wouldnt go down for like 45 minutes...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA :) :) :)
 
Test as a first cycle....to see how you respond to the building block of not only most cycles, but also the main "ingredient" in what makes you a man!
 
Been working out for 5-6 years, my weight is 109kgs, my height is 6'1 body fat about 11%. I train 4-5 days per week and eat 4 meals per day and have 5-7 protien drinks a day. Ive tryed all the supp's (creatine)but now im just not gaining anymore muscle If you guys think daca is a no go what about D'bol? (I can get it very easy)
 
Id recommend test over deca or dbol for a lot of reasons. Sounds like you need to do a little more research before taking the plunge. The diet looks wrong to me, I know you didnt ask for a critique but Id suspect a change in your diet would net you a few more lbs of muscle. Check the training and diet forums out.

Hey, first cycle guy of the day: Use TESTOSTERONE for your first cycle. Don't stack it with anything but a good diet and smart workouts. This is the general consensus amoung the majority of the more intelligent and more experienced bros.

If you want to do something else then fine. This forum is filled with many different opinions and I would imagine that somebody will agree with you.

Arnold2004: Sorry if it seems like I am picking on you. I'm not. But seriously, if you are going to do a cycle, then it should be testosterone. Personally, I would also recommend proper bloodwork before, during, and post cycle. And of course, post cycle therapy (pct) is essential. Don't start the cycle until you have everything that you need, including the stuff for post cycle therapy (pct).
 
i would rather see you use just deca than test deca as a first cycle. Test and deca have very similar sider caused for different reasons. Hard to tell what is doing what if something comes up. That being said, test only is a great first cycle, and what i would recommend.

Listen bro, I understand what your saying but you need to understand people ask ?"s for a reason and this one isn't so far fenched as you make it sound! If you look under the drug profiles or any steriod book for that matter it states that "Deca" is good for building mass and strength. I personally have one that says Deca has very little sides if taken between 300mg/400mg-week and any of the Test should be left alone for future cycles. So, in this retrospect why wouldn't a newbie want to try Deca. Your going on about how he should know that test is a must for 1st(and yes I believe it) but give him a chance before puncing on him! For your information, deca sides don't affect everybody and I know alot a people that have ran it alone and done very well and swear by it! So bro, let the guy learn at his own pace for Christ sake!
 
Yeah, no one on here has answered the same question more than stonecold, myself, dadawg, johnny and a few others, so if we aren't bitching, lets keep it to a minimum. This was the reason i never posted at elite, god forbig you asked a question that was asked eighteen months before, they jumped all over you.
 
No shit JCP! It is really starting to piss me right the fuck off! If a person thinks a ? is stupid why do they, even answer it(personally I think no ? is stupid) and to top it off, this guys ? isn't that abnormal, yes it has been asked a million times, but people, not everbody here has been on since day 1 so wake the fuck up and go to the convo lounge and be a rude fuck over there!

I agree. It is good to ask questions! And it is fine to ask the question 'why.' And I don't mean to single out Arnold2004, even though I sort of did.

But when you ask a question, you should also listen to the answers that people take the time to give. Arnold2004 asked about deca for his first cycle. Three people told him to use test for a 1st cycle. Then he says, "what about D'bol?" He isn't listening!

I'm simply trying to make the point that test is best. Other anabolics are also effective, but test is best and it is the best option for a first cycle.

Yes MRANAK you are right, only the smart will listen. Unfortunatly, no one(except Spartie)gave this guy a solid answer! I believe if someone said "MY EXPERIENCE" with deca was bad because........yada yada then a light would of turned on, or Test is best because............but when someone gets"buddy use the search, or FUCK don't you understand...... stuff,it gets discuraging and that does not make a good web site. It also makes this guy not wanna post any more which isn't good! Believe me I understand what you ment and agree but the real reason this ? keeps coming up is that "I" believe there is a lot of confusion on the topic. People have done amazing on Deca alone(maybe they would have done better with test don't know) and not have got the feared deca dick and this is part of the reason people still ask. if you cant get test and you can only get deca or dbol only what kind of source do you have bro....must be a fake ass one...find someone else.
 
If you are willing to use something that isn't the best, then deca would probably be a resonable choice. But, well, I'm not an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) expert and I really don't know.

If you don't mind my asking: you aren't gaining muscle. What about weight? I guess, if it isn't muscle, then it would be fat.

Now, I'm not an expert, but I here is what I'm thinking:

If you are taking in a surplus of calories, then you should gain weight, be it muscle or fat. Obviously, we all prefer muscle. Anyway, if you aren't gaining weight, then you need more calories to grow. Maybe this is bad logic. But anyway.... are you gaining weight or not?
