Hi all,
After being a member on here for a few years and having a couple of cycles under my belt I always felt my diet was lacking as I wasn't in a proper eating routine (due to university and laziness). I heard alot of good things about 3J but I always thought "well is the diet THAT important, i think i eat pretty good as it is" boy was i wrong lol
So i bit the bullet, contacted 3J. Got a very fast response and started a 10 week cut. Im just about to approach my 4th week, my starting stats were:
Age: 23
Weight: 191 lbs
Height: 5ft10
Bodyfat%: approx 14-16%
Experience: been lifting for about 4 years (most recent 2 years with proper dedication)
I lift weights 3 times a week and practice kickboxing twice a week so for me one things I realised was its hard to be big/ bulky AND be a good kickboxer so im currently in the process of finding my ideal weight where i have my perfect balance of speed, power and flexibility, after all its so hard lifting 200lbs (my heaviest weight) off the floor for a jumping kick lol
in 4 weeks ive lost 8lbs, my waist and stomach are down by almost 2 inches. Alot of people are saying i look smaller (suppose this is the goal? lol but when im training in a vest they definitely notice im looking leaner)
The diet im on is very simple in the sense that its so easy to follow and prepare the night before, so much so that im starting to notice the change in myself that i wanted to see so i can see myself carrying on with this type of meal prep indefinitely.
I'd recommend everyone who may be sitting on the fence when it comes to hiring help for the diet, trust me! its worth it! 3J's very to the point, no beating around the bush, is this food good? yes, is that food good? no!
I live in the UK so the time diff is like 8 hours, so I don't get as much time to question 3J and bug him about anything related to food or training HAHA
Depending on how i look after 10 weeks, im either going to continue to cut or maintain it until im ready for a proper bulk then no question of a doubt, I'll use 3J again!
