10 week mass building workout???? GOOD?

This workout routine was recomended to me to switch it up. I reviewed all the workouts and it looks like you can gain some serious mass. I'm looking to put on 10 to 15 lbs. What are your thoughts on this?

looks like a relatively good routine. as far as adding 10-15 lbs goes, if you EAT EAT EAT & use this program it could work. the eating is what will decide the weight gains IMO
 
I agree eat and rest is the heart of growing. with this routine it definetly has rest and I like the split routine. I will let you know how i make out. i have been using for one week and im looking bigger! just wanted some reassurance LOL
