Just wanted to do an updated report...
I started TRT for a 2nd time just after Thanksgiving. While my Dr did issue a script for 100mg 2x/week I wanted to avoid a repeat of the last time I tried TRT. My Hematacrit got high, blood pressure went up, have issues giving blood.
So, after 2 shots @ 100mg, I decided to cut it in half. I want to see where 50mg 2x/week will take me.
I'm going to have a thorough blood test within a couple weeks.
However, my experience has been positive so far. I'm 44yrs old (soon to be 45) and my last testosterone test came back at 225. Previous tests were in the low 300s.
I used to be SORE pretty much on a constant basis. In particular, my feet would ache all the time. I am on my feet a lot at my regular ful time job and my side business. It wasn't just a mild soreness, but a DEEP aching. Same with some other muscles.
I had stopped working out because I simply never healed despite very good nutrition/protein supplementation.
I felt like the TIN MAN when i got out of bed every morning.
A few weeks into TRT, I woke up one morning and felt...nothing! The soreness is gone!
I also used to have frequent calve cramps in the middle of the night. I have very muscular calves genetically. The cramps would HIT ME like bolts of lightning. It was always my larger, right calve.
I haven't had a single cramp since I started TRT.
I worked out yesterday for the first time in 6mos.
My soreness would be an 8 out of 10 this morning. However, it's more like a 2 or 3 out of 10.
The only negative so far is some acne which has subsided somewhat.
My libido has gone up. I used to only be attracted to super hot women. I've been told many times I'm too picky. I simply had no attraction to average woman even though I'm an average guy.
So far my blood pressure has been holding in the normal range. 129/78 just now, which is very good for me.
I'm pretty curious where all my numbers are at.
The only thing I'm going to ask my Dr to change is the concentration. I have 100mg/mL testosterone as opposed to 200mg/mL. So, that's a lot of oil for the amount of test.
