It's going to depend how gyno prone you are, and also how much Test or other aromatizing steroid you are taking.

10mg wouldn't do a damn thing for me. 20mg I would say is the minimum. But again, as SC mentioned it depends on other factors.

Go with 20mg/day.......and I'd also do some Arimidex at .5mg EOD.
