11% BF, considering Albuterol+Ketotifen and I have questions!

I got my BF measured with DEXA (reportedly the most accurate way of measuring) and I'm sitting at 11%

I have been unable to progress over the last several months it feels. I put on a couple pounds, lose a couple pounds.

I was thinking of trying albuterol to push through the last bit and try to get to 8% and see if I could maintain there, year-round with very careful diet control.

I have thought about doing 6mg dosing, three times daily. Add in 1mg of ketotifen before bed.

I am staying away from T3 because its catabolic, and clen scares the heck out of me with the reported heart tissue necrosis I keep hearing about online.

I have used ECA a handful of times and enjoy it. Is albuterol very similar?

Will albuterol be effective if I am ripe for a stim break? I've used ECA recently and also used some stim-heavy preworkouts. I find my body is growing less responsive to both so I know it's time to take a break.

Also: I read that clen users will do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off repeatedly.... and during 2 weeks off they run ECA. I've read conflicting commentary online that ECA acts on the same beta receptors as albuterol and clen, so running ECA in the weeks off of albuterol or clen is not wise/effective as its already been exhausted.

Just looking to find out more. A bit frustrated. My diet and training are on point but either my body or mind has some reluctance to getting at <= 10%. I end up getting fierce hunger pains eventually and seemingly putting on a few lbs after having battled it off. My body is really trying to keep all last bits of fat and making my mental game shit :P

thanks all :)

If you are frustrated you need to re-evaluate your diet.

You either need to cut your cals again, aren't counting them correctly, or need to go off the diet for a bit.

Because your body likes to stay in stasis naturally, if you tamp up metabolism and get to a certain point cease using your med than you can start adding calories back slowly while your metabolism goes back to normal and get your body back into stasis

You need a full diet break to upregulate your leptin. That explains the hunger pangs and lack of progress. Take two weeks of and eat maintenace.
