11-oxo dosing?

if i were to run 11-oxo for a first time cutting/recomp run what should the dosage be??

I can get in 10g powder, but i want to make sure i get the right amount as I have been hearing a few different dosages. is 800mg/week sufficient?

I was thinking of running it with epi or hdrol..im not 100% yet. I have been told that epi is the drier one and better for a cut.
 
yes 800mg/ed is enough..i have run it with hdrol before with good results..i've tried epi before and wasnt really happy with the results(or rather wasnt what i was expecting)...if you read up about epi..its hit or miss for miss for most people, you either love it..or you are not a big fan...good strength gains though.
 
choclit, why werent you happy with the results on epi? i hear that hdrol and epi are virtually the same just that epi is drier??

if you were looking to just maintain strength and lower bf would you still recommend hdrol and 11-oxo? im not looking to gain any weight at all really. im looking to run a calorie deficient diet and drop my body fat as much as i can pre competition.
 
800mg is good. you will get an anabolic effect at that dose. problem is it will crush cortisol, like you ll have zero
 
It should not completely crush cortisol and cause suppressed immune and joint deterioration.

It will attack cortisol by activating the 11B-Hsd enzyme found in tissues with high content. (lower abs, lower back etc) It will act like a "serm" and modulate the cortisol converting enzyme ---(converts cortisone into cortisol).

I used it at 1200mg day and the pumps were skin splitting.

i have tried 11oxo from e-pharm (not available anymore)..the 11oxo from CEL and also 11kt spray (transdermal) from prototype nutrition...

my first ever PH cycle was 11oxo solo for 6 weeks...i ran 450mg for the first few weeks and then bumped it up to almost 700mg's and there was a big difference in fat loss..

second cycle was hdrol+11oxo ...

i didnt notice anything being drier with the epi over hdrol to be honest...but the lean mass gain was awesome. i think even on a cut..the hdrol will help..you could add some SD in there towards the end to really help hold onto the gains.

strength gains for me was similar with the epi and hrol..but hdrol netted more size whilst epi gave a bit more strength . when it comes to size...hdrol wins...but thats just me bro..i could be one of those guys who dont react that great to epi....

but everyone reacts great to hdrol...if i was you i'd stick to hdrol since you are prepping for competition and wont have time to get anything wrong and keep the epi for later

if your going to step onto stage there are much better options. pickup some T3, albuterol. you dont need to dose these high but they will eat up muscle if your not other another anabolic. Epi, SD, Halo, LMG, trenazone, etc etc whatever. just something.

than you can go lower on the 11 oxo also.

yeah gymrat is right...cheaper too. i dont know about bulk 11oxo..but the bottles arnt that heap cos you gotta buy so much for a decently dosed cycle.
 
I feel like I'm the only guy that didn't see results from this shit. I used 11oxo at 600mg a day for like 6 weeks and all I felt was winded faster and pumped faster (not necessarily a good thing). I didn't see a solid visual result.

600mg solo??

i wouldnt expect much from that either. if you had 40 mg of Epi or maybe 100mg halo you would have had a much better overall cycle....IMO

Essay,

I used it at 1200 mgs and noticed a cosmetic effect since I was dieted down.

It instantly tightened me up all over. Once I started training things began to look enhanced cosmetically.

Not sure the mechanism of action -- it seemed like a glut-4 transporter effect that is seen with estrogen or certain anabolics like tren and SD.

Interesting. I've heard talk that 300-600 is good for cortisol effects/weight loss, and a gram or so makes for a decent mild anabolic.

Either way, it's a bit pricy for what it does, I think in the future I'll stick with compounds that have a better history. Anavar (var) produces lean gains just as well, and ephedrine cuts better imo.
 
well i have 40 grams bulk on hand now so im pretty much trying to decide how to split the dosing..whether to go 40 days at 1g/day or start around 700 for first 2 weeks and bump up to 900 after so i can stretch it out for another week??

and as far as brands for hdrol who has the best product?

gymrat..whats the deal with t3? i hear people have to pretty much run a pct just for the t3? i have some clen left over from one of the sponsors..but is there a big difference in using t3 over clen?

t3 is totally different than clen. clen is a stimulant - like amphetamines (and is possibly a derivative - I'm just too lazy to look it up).

and t3 is a hormone. thyroid hormone to be exact.

I know how t3 works..pretty much increasing the functionality of the thyroid and metabolism, but my question was regarding post use of t3. is a t3 pct required? and Ive used clen before so im asking what difference is between the two so i could compare personal experience.
 
just another question. picked up two bottles of s-4 so currently i have..

40grams 11-oxo
2 ironmags halo xtreme
2 sarms s-4

should I run them all in one cycle? is so how?

or save the s-4 for another??

for example what if i ran 3-4 weeks of s4 as a bridge to my hdrol stack? i dont really want to use post cycle therapy (pct) because there could be mild suppression and there is no reason for me to use something that will inhibit my recovery

if you will be on the stage, under the lights, use it while on halo/11oxo.


use 35mg 2x, pre WO, 35mg each. 3hr, 20min pre. I did that with very good results.
