12 day DNP cycle whilst on test prop - currently 16% bf - few questions ?

8- 2(250mg)
9- 2(250mg)

11- 2(250mg)
12- 2(250mg)

1. is adding t3 necessary
2. 500 cal or 1000 cal defect
3. currently at 16% bf with this 12 day dosage possible to hit 10% or below body fat eating very clean and on keto diet ?
4. is this dosage dangerous, also do you sweet a hell of alot or is just over reacting ?

currently on week 4 of test prop 100mg eod planning doing dnp cycle on week 6-8.

And I'd say 12 days will get you to 13% if you go at it really hard. If you want to lose more fat than that, you're looking at huge amounts of muscle loss to go with it.

I don't think adding t3 is necessary considering this is only for 12 days.

Really depends on what kind of calorie deficit you want to do. Do 500 for a few days and then move to 1000 if you feel you can.

Keto does not matter. If you want to cut carbs, cut carbs.

Man I hate to be harsh, but why are you using clen and T3 with the body frame you have now? You look like you are fairly young in the picture and dont have the best base to be using 2 of the most extreme thermos.

If you are using this cycle to gain muscle, by using dnp/t3 you have already lost whatever you wold gain. Not to mention DNP should not be used by anyone except if you are entering a pro level competition.
 
Yeah bro, you are seriously going to fuck yourself up. Not only do you look to be 16, but you have A LOT to learn about DNP before ever considering it. It was used as a fat burner in I think the 50s, but people were dying, so it became a banned compound. You appear to have no base of muscle to show that you have been dedicated to working out, or fitness in general, which means that you will have a poor diet while on DNP, and this is going to lead to a disaster.

Just learn to eat properly, and you will easily shed some bf. DNP is not the quick solution you are thinking...
 
Why is everyone telling him to bulk up when he wants to be lean? Maybe he wants the brad pitt look hmm?

I've used dnp in the past and had great results so to answer your q's:
1.t3 isn't necessary for cycles under 2 weeks
2.The bigger the deficit, the better the results - ignore all the "you'll burn muscle" garbage
3. I cant tell you how much you'll lose without your weight - but expect a 30% increase in metabolism
4. Again, without your stats i cant tell you if its a dangerous dose. Yes you will sweat alot.

Warning: you haven't researched dnp enough to use it (your 4th question proves this). I researched it for 3 months straight and took the appropriate precautions.
Remember you overdose or misuse dnp, you die. I cant be clearer than that.

why are you taking roids ? i feel like there is still much more you can gain naturaly and your jumping the gun. whats your stats? age hight weight ect..
