12 week bodybuilding program.

Not sure why you are limiting yourself to 12 weeks. Building a great physique takes years even decades. Now powerlifting routines can be broken down into training cycles...in order to peak for a contest. Ive been to the gym 5 days a week minimum for the last 3 years straight. I guess ive been on a 3 year routine.
 
^^ Agreed bro this is a lifestyle not a 12 week course to get into because you got some juice. I know waaay to many dudes who get on cycle, go to the gym and right when the cycle is over drop off till next cycle.
 
Clman and Jack3d hit the nail on the head...bodybuilding is a lifestyle. That being said, you can make huge improvements to your physique in 12 weeks, especially if you are a beginner. The best thing you can do as a beginner is a three day split. Push, pull, and legs. Start the split over as soon as the muscles you used on push day are no longer sore.
