12 week cycle completed... PCT??

Just finished a 12 week cycle of Test Prop (150MG EOD) & British Dragon Anavar (var) 50MG ED. overall great cycle

I have HCG, Nolva, and Clomid on hand. (one bottle of HCG, 100-10mg tablets of each nolva/clomid purchased from medicstar.com) what is my best post cycle therapy (pct) dosage on these? thanks
