Hi guys im new on this forum and also am about to start my first cycle. Believe me this is going to sound extremely stupid or almost a waste of breath but hear me out and dont look at the numbers im about to state. I understand that when you want to gain weight you have to eat more calories than your body needs to maintain, alot more actually. Up until 3 months ago where i was in tip top shape i had no problem gaining weight and was training at an all-time high. I was 181 at 6'3 with around 9 percent bf but im muslim so in came ramadan and i had to start to fast which is where u cant eat or drink during daylight for 1 month which is about 17 hours of the day so u can imagine it would be hard to gain. Thats not even the problem the problem is that i also got a stomach infection 1 month prior, H. pylory to be exact so i wasnt eating then either and i didnt even go to the doctor till after ramadan so now i am currently 134 and at 4 percent bf. now in came the school year and every single one of my friends are at least 10 pounds bigger from when i last saw them while im about 40 pounds, imagine how that feels. Now i got that infection out the way and i got my diet back in shape im starting to gain weight again but im about to start basketball soon and i wont make the cut if i cant gain all my weight plus go above and beyond my pr's now i could patiently weight for myself to try and work my way up to where i was 3 months prior or i could start my first cycle. Now dont get me wrong and assume im trying to cheat my way up or anything i was already starting to contemplate my first cycle before i lost all my weight but felt i should wait a little before i did but now that im so behind everyone else i need a way to catch up and in all honestly i know im goin to get a lot people bashing me about being a newbie and having the mentality of one but i am no where near a beginner. ive been lifting regularly for about 5 years now and i have a strict diet of an access of maybe 6000+ calories for a 40% protein/35% carbs/ 25% fat. I have no problem gaining weight its just the factor of time and im at the age of 22 so i know alot of u are gonna say i have alot of natural potential but i could honestly say that it has no meaning to me because i havent grown an inch in like 3 years nor have really seen any difference between myself since i was 20. Im planning on Doing Test Cyphonaite for about a 11 week cycle 250mg the first week and 500 from then on and im using Nolva and HCG for post cycle therapy (pct) my question is what gains am i goin to see at this weight level becuase i can assume if dudes at 200 can gain somewhere around 20 i assume i could gain alot more im currently 134 and my doc says my health is gone back up to average and my weight would soon start to come back with a healthy diet- which is not goin to be a problem. For all those people who think i have no clue what im doin please dont waste your time i have done extensive research on everything about AAS ive been literally spending hours looking up this stuff for like months now. I Believe i know everything there is to know becuase it seems like everything i read now a days just seems to be a broken record repeating the same info ive read for months. if u think im bluffin test me
but my real concern lies in the fact that i have never really seen anyone in my situation so im just tryna see if anyone seen anyone in my kinda of predicament. Like i said I have my training and diet both in place and i feel like im ready. And for those who question why i was 180 to begin with is becuase it was hard for me to gain weight so i trained real hard for about a year with an impeccable diet and went from being 161 to 180 and i was surpised to see how well i did but they were hard earned pounds and none of it was fat it pure lean weight.
