I didn't think they were that low however I was looking at 467 in what I thought was the usual ng/dl on the 200-1100 (roughly) scale and for an 18 year old thats a little strange and seemed like the most likely thing to be causing this. I get blood work done in 4 days but I plan on dropping the adex to .25mg as libido is deffintly taking a dive. If not, exemestane yes was my next option.
As you said splitting the dose would be preferable, I woud much rather do 250mg broken up to 125mg E4D to keep things stable and hopefully that may mean I can avoid running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). The only thing is that my prescription comes in preloaded 1ml barrells so I would have to transfer over to a syringe and use that 4 days after... I know many people do it and preload their syringes for some upto the whole length of their cycle so a few days should be allright?
Yes thyroid levels were checked also, I have added them into the original post just for easier reference to the other collected results.
Cheers
Quite surprised this hasn't attracted any attention... 18 years old with no previous AAS use that has been put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and asking for help? You'd think this would have drawn some more attention, it couldn't get any worse of a situation. I am not fishing for replies or being impatient I am merely frustrated and bewildered how this has had next to no replies?
Also in regards to bigbens post of my T levels werent that low to begin with, according to my total test levels 17nmol/L equates to 489ng/dl... In range but for an 18 year old, really?

Blood was drawn first thing in the morning, overnight fasting. Another blood test was taken yesterday, results will be ready in a week or so.
I don't think 250mg is too much of a concern, however we won't know until yesterdays blood results are back and here in Aus there isn't much choice, either preloaded 250mg Test E or 1ml Sus250 amps. 250mg for most will give them optimal blood levels, some will give them average and some will be well over range.
I will try aquire some vials so I can just store it and split the injections to E4D and possibly avoid using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) by keeping blood levels stable. If I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I don't want mediocre in range values, if I am on this I want to optimise to the best I can, I think anyone would agree with that statement.
My health and diet is all up to scratch, I don't drink either.
Not sure how to take your final comment regarding the age/trained for some time... I get the sense you think this is some young dickhead talking here. This isn't about training or what I know or what I think I don't know so don't turn it into that, please. I don't claim to know it all. I have trained for 3 years and researching AAS for the past 2 and am the kind of person to take onboard whatever comments or advice is given as you would know this is the kind of hobby that you will constantly learn with, how your body works, adapts, what works and what doesnt, the bullshit from the fact, so please, do not treat me like that.
