dont worry about being ignorant, im taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), caber, and will have nolvadex+ toremifene (whether to take both or if nolva suffices is another question of mine)

reason why im here is because my caps are doseed at 50mg caps, with 100 per bottle (5 grams total)

in the passed ive taken 90mg a day for four weeks, and sometiems 90 for the first 3 weeks and 120 for the last week.

with these caps what should i dose at? i was considering

100/150/150/150/150 or is 150mg waaay too much?

OR

if thats the case ican dose 100/100/100/100/100/100/100

OR

should i run 100/100/100/100
+
100/100/100 another time?

help me with my dilemma please

If you're planning on running it for the whole bottle (6 weeks) then you could try:

D1: 200mg
D2-42: 100mg

Basically D1:200mg/100/100/100/100/100/100

You could also go with a 4 week cycle at 100mg like this:
100/100/100/100

Then you'll have enough left for 20 days at 100mg so you could use that as a bridge or a stack in another cycle of yours.
