1ad cycle tell me what you guys think

I am thinking of doing a 6-8 week cycle of 1ad 300mg a day.

and do 4 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) with 60x0 with triubulus creatine and zma.


what you guys think a 6 or 8 week cycle?

week 2 at 400mgs
week 3 at 500mgs
and keep it at 500 till u are done

well, since i am reading a lot about guys having problems with their libido after taking 1ad mabey i shuold not go for 60x0 post cycle therapy (pct) and just for for nolva or clomid.

if nolva used how is this
week1-2 40mg
week3-4 20mg

what dosages should i use of clomid?

ANd also throwing in some trib zma and milk thistle post cycle therapy (pct) aswell as the nolva

300mg or even 400mg will not give significant results, u need to be doing at least 600mg to 900mg.
