1st Cycle Advise!

Ok I've been lurking around these forums for a couple months now and just recently created a profile. A lot of my questions have already been answered from reading other threads. I would appreciate any questions comments or concerns regarding my possible cycle.

Height: 5'10
Weight: 175
BF: 12%
Age: 25 (26 next month)

Diet: I eat about 3,000 calories per day with my macros at C- 40% P- 40% F-20%.

Training Hx: I've been lifting weights since 2002 but have always wrestled, done bjj, or mma so haven't been able to put on mass naturally even with a good lifting routine as I usually do these activities year round.

Workout: I train MMA(don't compete) with a few friends M-F in the evenings for about 3 hours a day. I hit the gym on sunday and early mondays. I feel like I might be over training atm so during cycle I'll lift Thurday-Sunday and MMA Monday-Wednesday.

Goals: i'm looking to do a 12 week cycle to add some strength and cut down a little on the BF to the single digits. I would like to add about 10 pounds of muscle (I know theres to many variables to know exactly).

Anyway this is my planned first cycle:
Test E: 1-12 weeks at 150mg every monday and thursday
HCG: I have heard conflicting opinions on this. Do i need it?
Arimidex I'll have on hand for gyno

PCT starts 2 weeks after last pin: Clomid- 70/50/50/50 per day Nolva- 40/20/20/20 per day

I don't have any of the gear yet. It'll prob be a few months before I get the ball rolling on that. Also gonna head over to the diet forum soon to talk to 3J and get some advise. Thanks all!
 
Thanks bro. Do you think 300mg/week is enough to reach my goal of about 8%bf and 10lbs of muscle? Assuming my diet is in check.

Nope. Not even 1000mg of test will net you 10 lbs of lean muscle. Read the article I provided please. Especially the segment on expectations. The article will answer most, if not all of your questions. Lots of effort went into to it to help folks starting out, like yourself.
 
So i need to take 1,500mg per week?

Haha jk I remember reading that a couple weeks ago and forgot. So would I be better off with just going with the 500mg recommended for a first cycle?
