Here is my plan guys, please give suggestions tips. I already have everything to begin my 1st cycle in the near future, I have sustanon, arimidex ,nolvadex, 18g and 25g needles and syringe tubes, being my cycle is not too long I believe this will be enough for PCT.

Ok, my current stats are 137lb about %15 bf, that being said, im going to put on hold any aas till i reach atleast 150lb under %20 bf, that is 13lb i need to gain, I know i can gain this amount in about 2 maxing 3 months from now, I currently workout 3x a week all compund movements, in a rep range 8-12 and as heavy as i can.

Once i reach my desired bodyweight I will start my 1st cycle, I will take sustanon 250mg 2x per week every 3 days, I will continue to lift all compund with the rep range 8-12 3x week.
as recommended I will take .25 of 1mg tablet of arimidex every other day to avoid gyno, I will take arimidex all thru my cycle, after 18-21 days of stopping sustanon use i will take nolvadex as PCT 40/40/20/20 for a month

I been slow bulking at %15 since March of this year, my current calorie intake is 2400 and macros are P 141 C 298 and F 70, as i mentioned im slow bulking , in the past when bulking i would reach for %20 + my TEE and ended up fat at the end of my bulking phase. When on cycle should i up my calories if so, what do you suggest, Im 39yrs, 137 at 5"6. (I recently went to have my test checked out, im above average in #s and cleared)

My expectations on this cycle is to once i reach 150lb natty, gain atleast 25lb (175lb) is 30lb realistic for 10wks on a cycle and doing heavy all compound lifts and eating at a surplus, then after the cycle i expect to loose 10 to 15lb and stand at 165lb or 170lb loosing only 10lb . Thanks guys

Strong first post I know...but if you can gain 3-4 pounds a month you shouldnt be jumping to juice. A pound a week is a solid amount to gain and once you are unable to do that I would then start thinking about a cycle. You havent reached your own limits yet.

You don't need steroids. You just need to keep lifting and start a good diet. You would get a lot more benefit out of finding someone to help you train and dial in your macros.
