1st cycle, Winstrol/Tren/Sust...

I new on this site and this is my first post and cycle...

I was originally thinking of taking just test and hitting the gym to loose fat and gain some muscle.

I am 5'9 and 250lbs and I'm fat... I am always gaining/loosing weight.

I can eat clean and that what I will be doing, I wanted to take test and workout to loose bf and gain muscle.
Now I have a bottle if pills of Winstrol/Tren/Sust, I'm being told to eat clean and take this cycle while working out hard.. its from a good source but I have never taken it, and I'm not sure exactly how clean I should be eating and how I should be working out.

I usually do about a hard hour of working out, weight lifting and cardio, like a crossfit session every morning M-F.

I would advise you not to take it yet.. get your body fat down and learn about diet and training and once you've progressed and gained some experience and knowledge (and are about 25), start with a basic Test e cycle.
 
no. no no no no. no. sounds like you have 0 experience in anything related to dieting and training, let alone steroids.

you have sustanon pills? lol? throw those things in the trash they are fake. there is no such thing as sustanon pills, therefore your source is not good. your tren and winny pills are probably shit too if your source gave you sustanon pills.

your main focus should be LOSING FAT and not taking steroids!
youre 5'9 250lbs and fat. if you're not capable of eating clean before using steroids what makes you think that all of a sudden when you're taking these drugs you'll eat clean? you need to first get into the habit of eating clean and training good, then you take steroids.

sounds like you need help with everything and have done 0 research when you're planning on putting hormones into your body.

nobody's going to hold your fucking hand and tell you how to eat and train for your first "steroid" cycle. message a guy with the username 3J he's really good at writing diet plans. hit him up.

dude, you are fat. your main focus shouldn't even be weight training dude. it should be cardio, and eating chicken turkey tuna and spinch until it comes out of your fucking eats. diet hard. do an hour of cardio 4-5 times a week. do that for 6 months. in that time, do a lot of research on steroids. and then come back to us when you're at a reasonable amount of bodyfat. and by reasonable i mean; where you're not too fat to take your shirt off at the beach, or when you can fit into a size 32 jeans.

You know how hard it is to go to a store and find a pair of 29" waisted pants.. its a pain, , so at least finding a pair of pants to wear is easier for you.


I would disagree with doing just cardio for a year.. gonna loose weight, sure, but gonna loose a lot of muscle weight along with it. I'd dial in the diet first and foremost, then see where you need to be in regards to the amount of cardio to do, but I'd add the cardio on top of the weight lifting sessions.. so say an hour cardio in the AM and then 45 mins of weights in the PM.

adding gear at this point is just gonna blow you up and you'll be a big round fat red faced water logged estrogen bloated dude with man boobs.

i doubt this guy has and valuable muscle. and going from a fat 5'9 250 to a relatively lean 5'9 guy, you're gonna lose muscle regardless. at least get to 15% bodyfat and then hop on the gear.

oh, and how is it difficult to find a size 29? i'm 12% now and even when i was 8%, i still had to wear a 30-31 because my ass and quads is big from all the squatting, and the years of playing soccer as a kid. thats why i literally train legs once a month, because i like wearing my skinny jeans. i dont mind if they look disproportionate to my upper body (which they don't), i just dont wanna have to wear a size 34 jeans just to fit into the legs like some of my friends who would otherwise need a 29

you can loose weight without having to throw away a bunch of muscle weight along with it.. doing ONLY cardio is not even done by 'fat chicks' now-a-days,, think the research is already in, resistance training is beneficial for weight loss while maintaining muscle mass.

As for 29" waisted pants,, um yeah, they are difficult to find (i.e., in the 'MENS' section).. Cant find them that often, which is fine unless I'm wearing dress pants,, but generally 30" waste will work, leaves me an inch or two of room to conceal my Glock 9mm that goes with me every where i go.

yeah, get some protein powder, multi vitamin, maybe some creatine and/or amino acids to preserve muscle. but honestly.. how much bodyfat are you? you say you're 250 and "fat" but what does that mean? are you 250lbs and 17% bodyfat? because if so, then that's a pretty big guy when lean. what are we talking here
 
Damn man, I really don't know. I'm guessing more in the 30%
oh so you basically have no experience at all when it comes to any training of any sort, but you want your first step to be taking steroids because you think tren and winny are gonna help you get there faster, right? wrong.

YOU need to diet, do lots of cardio, and lift weights. but like i said, your main main MAIN focus here needs to be CARDIO and losing fat. dont even worry about preserving muscle if you're 30%, just forget it. you probably dont even have any worth preserving.

go get bloodwork, get a full hormone panel. and check your thyroid.. you might have an under active thyroid and your doctor will prescribe you a drug called t3.

from today on, until at least the next 6 months of your life, all you need to be thinking about (fitness wise) is fruits and veggies, chicken, lean beef, turkey and fish.

your body wants to lose weight SO badly that you will probably even lose 15lbs in the first month with proper diet and cardio. dont give up, give it your all man, and take your fucking mind off steroids for now. they'll only do your body harm at this point

preserving muscle? he's shouldn't approach dieting and training with a "cutting" mentality like we do, where we try to lose a few % bodyfat over the span of a month or two because we wanna go from lean to shredded while preserving muscle. he's not cutting.. he's simply losing weight.
 
Ok, I get the not taking steroids part. I will be giving those back and using that money on other sups that would help. Anyways... I fluctuate soo much I weight that I can drop 20-25 lbs my first month of eating clean. I just have a tendency to eat shitty after. That's probably the problem all fat people have. I have had my blood tests done. I wanted test lol but my dr. Said no. Everything is great in my blood work. He said I'm like a really healthy fat person, not in those words but that was the message, besides vitamin D he told me to take that.
 
And the lifting weights part I enjoy. Wayyy more than cardio, I will do more cardio but I want to lift, it makes me feel better, should I just lift more weight less reps or other way around?

yeah and thats exactly why you fluctuate, because you think you're eating clean when really you're just eating way too little then you shoot right back up because you lost weight too fast.

i believe that any sort of weight training will give you limited results in terms of fat loss. i never said dont lift weights, but don't focus on it too much like i do for example. (with specific movements, trying to bring up a specific muscle group in order to look more proportionate, rep and set schemes, etc). brother, you are fat. and until you lose weight you are going to be doing a lot of things you don't enjoy. but imagine the reward of being big and lean. being big, lean, in shape and groomed is one of the best first impressions you can make to anyone.

your body does not know the difference wither it is walking on a stair stepper for 30 mins,, or spending 30 minutes under a squat rack doing light weight 20-30 rep ranges to failure.. its all about your diet. you can loose an equal amount of weight training with high intensity weight lifting just as you would with doing cardio.
in fact,, resistance training burns more calories throughout the day then does cardio,, and also increases your metabolism.

If you enjoy lifting weights way more then cardio,, then focus on that. because ultimately you will have more success doing what you enjoy.

* i still advise doing both.. cadio in the morning and weights in the afternoon.. but I COMPLETELY disagree with not gills' idea of doing cardio only
