Thanks for read this post, I need some advice to reduce my BF% from 14% to 10% (my goal)
Im 37 year old
5 years training in the last 15 years (jeje)
Since this 2010, I reach a stability on my job (I hire a couple of supervisors to do my job),
Now I had more time for me and since Jan I been training to be in shape
Im been in diet since then and the last couple of months I didnt see any progress thats why I already make a new diet but I looking some advice to reach my goal (10%BF).
1st Diet (sample)
Age 37
Weight: 175lbs
BF%: 19 at start, 14 at end (6 months of the same diet)
Height: 5´10”
5 meals
9:00am 3 eggs, 1 bowl outmeal
11:30pm 2 scp whey protein, 1 banana, 1 yogurt low fat
1:00pm 1 apple and super pump 250
1:00pm to 3:00pm training
3:10pm SizeOn
3:30pm 2 scp whey protein, 2 bread slices 2 scoops of jam
6:00pm 1 patato, 1.5 boiled chiken breast
10:00pm 2 eggs + 3 egg whites, 3 bread slices, 1 small green salad
Aprox. 40% prot (200g), 40% carb (200g), 20% fat (70g)
Also: Vitamin A, C, D

7:30am 2 scp whey protein, 2scp honey
9:00am 2 eggs + 3 egg whites, 1 bowl outmeal
12:00pm 1 tuna can, 2 bread slices
1:00pm 1 apple and super pump 250
1:00pm to 3:00pm training
3:10pm Halo
3:30pm 2 scp whey protein, 2scp honey, 2 rice cakes
6:00pm 1 brocoli cup, 1.5 boiled chiken breast
10:00pm 2 tuna can,1 green salad
Also: Vitamin A, C, D

Glutamine

aprox. 50% prot (230g), 40% carb (180g), 10% fat (40g)
I training 4 days by week, heavy training
I never do cardio I will start 2 time by week (20 min).
Any suggestion to improve my new Diet? Even I not to old now its different my metabolism, I want to start my 1st bulk cycle on a couple of months, but I want to be shape and know how my body react with the differents diets.
